How many turns per day does my watch need?
An automatic watch needs around 600 turns per day on average.
The older your watch is, the more daily rotations it will require. For a new watch, 500 turns per day is more than enough.
How does a watch winder work?
Your watch is placed in a rotating cup designed to simulate the natural movement of your wrist. This motion keeps the oil inside the rotor fluid, ensuring the rotor moves smoothly and consistently.
As a result, your watch will stay accurate all year long and be ready to wear at any time.
How can I tell if my watch fits correctly?
Watch winders are designed to fit all types of straps and dials. If there’s any risk that the winder might be too small, it will be clearly mentioned in the product description.
How long should my watch stay on the winder?
Your watch can stay on the winder for up to 12 hours a day. Watch winders are calibrated and programmed to include rest periods, ensuring your timepiece is well cared for.
Where do the products come from?
The watch winders in our catalog come from Germany, China, Turkey, Italy, and Switzerland. Each one is carefully selected, tested, and approved by our team.

When will I receive my order?
Processing your order, manufacturing the products, and handling the (free) delivery takes our team between 7 to 14 business days at most.
We do everything we can to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising on the quality of our products.
Some of the watch winders and watch boxes in our catalog are stocked in our workshop, while others are not — which may explain the differences in delivery times between orders.

Delivery is free, with no minimum order quantity required.
We ship throughout Europe.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS

Can I modify my order?
As long as your order is not marked as “being processed,” you can modify it by contacting our customer service team [here].
How do I return my order?
You have a 14-business-day withdrawal period to return your order.
Our accessories undergo strict quality control before each shipment. However, if your order shows any manufacturing defect, please send us a photo of the product (in its original packaging if possible) to support@le-remontoir-montre.fr, along with your order number.
We’ll be able to respond and exchange defective or non-compliant products even after the 14-day period.
All return shipping costs and related charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I cancel my order?
You can absolutely cancel your order.
However, if the order is already being shipped, a cancellation fee of 40% of the purchase price will apply.
