Orders placed on le-remontoir.com are handled by Le Remontoir Catalogue d'excellence (SARL), Paris, France.

Delivery destinations

We currently deliver to Germany, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Sweden. Our French-made Créations are also delivered to Switzerland. We do not currently deliver to the United Kingdom, Norway or Australia. Only the destinations available for the products in your basket are offered at checkout.

Shipping origin

Our Créations are shipped from France. Some products are shipped directly from Germany by our official distributor and are delivered to mainland EU countries only; this is indicated on the product page of each item concerned.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping costs €18 for Germany and Italy and €29 for the other destinations listed above. The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout, in the currency of your market, before you pay.

Delivery times

Our Créations are delivered in 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. For products shipped from Germany, no delivery time is guaranteed. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.
